Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Options & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Order processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch

All plants are carefully packaged with root protection to survive transit. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your plants. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how our returns process works:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with roots protected and moist
  • All plant tags and original packaging must be included
  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Andean Tubers (once removed from protective packaging)
  • Bare-root plants that have been planted
  • Custom espalier trees (grown to specific specifications)
  • Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation

How to Return Your Plants

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request
  2. Package carefully – Reuse original packaging with roots protected
  3. Ship back – We’ll provide return shipping instructions (customer pays return shipping unless error is ours)
  4. Wait for inspection – We’ll inspect upon receipt and process your refund/exchange

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a notification. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Credit cards: Refunds appear in 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: Refunds typically process within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

  • Same-value exchanges: New plants ship after we receive your return
  • Higher-value exchanges: We’ll invoice you for the difference
  • Lower-value exchanges: We’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items
